Step 1 - Drop one Polident Pro Retainer & Guard tablet into enough warm (not hot) water to cover your retainers/mouthguard.
Step 2 - After soaking for 3 to 5 minutes, for best results, gently brush your retainers/mouthguard with the solution using a soft brush. Discard the remaining solution immediately after use.
Step 3 - Rinse your retainers/mouthguard thoroughly with running water.
